Äänipiirroskoe (The Sound Drawing Experiment) plays with the idea of the Rorschach inkblot test, originally developed as a clinical psychology research method, replacing the inkblots with an abstract soundscape experienced through headphones. Exhibition visitors are invited to interpret the soundscape by drawing freely on paper for 5 minutes. The work is a playful attempt to find out how participants of different ages and backgrounds interpret the same sound individually from one another.
