Jaakko Metsäpelto is a Finnish sound artist. Jaakko's work seeks to find mystery in the ordinary, while exploring how certain frequencies and the contextual information affect our psychological response to sound. Treating sound as a sculptural medium, his installations have been exhibited across Finland in group and solo exhibitions as well as public spaces.

Jaakko has also composed soundtracks for a variety of film and TV productions.
