Outo Kuopio is a multi-channel sound installation created for Kuopio Art Museum as a part of the city's 250th anniversary program.
The installation seeks oddities in the city’s everyday urban life and moments perceived as ordinary. When heard outside of their original environment, can the sounds of the city become something else, even alienating?
